Set in the center of the body is an aircraft-grade Duralumin double anodized drilled and chamfered u-shape spool that is enhanced with Lew’s innovative Speed Knot quick line attachment.
Complementing the sleek exterior, the Lew's HyperMag Casting Reel hits boat decks with equally impressive internal hardware. An 11-bearing system composed of stainless steel double-shielded ball bearings works in tandem with the hardened anodized aluminum Speed Gears to deliver an unbelievably smooth cast and retrieve.
